The atmosphere he created with his soothing and non-judgmental nature put me at ease instantaneously. He kindly asked what I was looking for and he delivered – he consistently applied the perfect amount of pressure and even introduced me to a bit of somatic therapy. His process helped me self-reflect and identify ways in which I can become a better person. Christian created an elevated experience I can’t wait to tap into again soon. If you’re open to it, you should definitely give it a try.

I loved learning that my body has these tools to help me move through feelings and old patterns in new ways. Looking forward to my next sessions!

(December 13, 2021, 8:45 pm)Mark Christian’s somatic practice was absolutely wonderful! He took the time to inquire about my needs and wants prior to the practice. He was very detailed in his questions and answers. It was my very first time taking part in a somatic massage and Mark Christian made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
The practice itself was very powerful! I felt rejuvenated yet very relaxed after the massage.
