North Bay Home Care

We have been using North Bay Home Care Services since my sister entered Long Term Care. During this time, we have found the caregivers kind and compassionate as well as very competent. The schedules are designed to meet the needs of the residents and there is no requirement for a minimum time as is the case in most care agencies. Everything runs smoothly and we feel so fortunate to have North Bay serve the facility.

As the only-child of a much beloved and aging parent who's working full-time, has a spouse and is raising a child of my own, I am simply unable to be there to provide 24/7 care for my Mother whose worsening dementia has rendered her dependent on the ongoing presence and assistance of others. I'm deeply grateful to North Bay Home Care for the help they have provided over the years and which they continue to provide. I am very happy with the quality of staff they provide and am grateful for the peace-of-mind that comes with knowing that my Mother is in their care.

NBHC and their staff are simply the best…while caring for my husband’s needs and memory issues, they demonstrated a professional, caring and compassionate response during his struggle with early dementia…it takes a lot of expertise and experience to care give those that are frightened and dependent on care. They helped my husband in his last year to feel secure, content and left me relaxed he was getting the best care possible. There was also many moments of joyful laughter and ease at a time it was sorely needed. You won’t go wrong with them…do it now for your peace of mind and that of your loved one.
