Good service at rental office.

I feel like the gardens person is very understanding and help you when you don't understand how it all works the first time I showed up lost gate code got the gate code then couldn't figure out how to get into the building cuz it's different from all other places everything is locked up they have cameras very safe. All the places inside a very nice it's very tidy even the porta potties are very clean all wheelchair accessible big open doors to bring whatever you have inside almost feels like it's temperature controlled.

I needed a large secure space and Novato Self Storage had exactly what I needed. Everyone I had contact with could not have been more helpful especially when I was freaking out because I had already given notice but my expected pickup had fallen through. The onsite personnel were instantly responsive to any issues and worked with me to make everything go smoothly when I had to bring in a container and forklift to load from storage. The storage I used was an outside storage but I had no complaints. It stayed dry during heavy rain. It might be a bit out of the way for some people but it was absolutely perfect for me.
