  As of recent I was having a huge problem with paying my rental fee, as the elevator wasn’t being maintained. Why should I have to pay, when I wasn’t receiving full service. I wasn’t offered a partial rate, since I was only receiving partial service. This was a huge problem, and was very poor , and neglectful business practice. That’s when Una went to batt for me. With her efforts, I got a discount for a month, and her efforts and good conscious got the elevator fixed. If not for her efforts, I was going to pursue legal action and / or take my business elsewhere

  Una was excellent! Very kind, funny, and personable. She was a pleasure to work with, which makes my wife and I feel loyal to this location. Great customer service, very knowledgeable about the facility and was able to answer all of our questions. The process was seamless and we feel very good about everything. High praises to Una for all of her efforts and care in helping us with moving in to a storage unit.

  I have really been impressed by how professional, helpful, and caring Una has been during the process of acquiring a storage unit. She gives 120% plus. It is a pleasure working with her, and look forward to that continued level of service.

  My prior review I noted Lisa was very helpful and made the process very easy. I just met the new property manager Una and she is very helpful and professional. Highly recommend this location.

  I had a large unit for a big house in the Sierra Foothills and needed to thin it down. There was a much smaller unit close to my larger one that would fit perfectly. However, I could not pay for it on line or over the phone for some reason and could not get to the site for at least a day. When I got there It had been rented minutes prior to my inquiry. I was so disheartened I started to cry as I had two men and my daughter lined up to help me the next day. I needed to get that larger payment down and this seemed so right. Una comforted me and looked at the schedule and told me it appeared there would be a smaller unit right next to my current unit on the first. She advised me to be there the next day in the a.m.and check with her. She worked with me to be sure I was able to get that unit and that it was clean and ready for the moving people. Thank you Una. You are the best!!! I am forever thankful. Charlene
