My wife and I have known Karyn for almost 10 years. Whenever we were at social gatherings, she would be answering her cell phone and doing business all hours, day and night. So, when we wanted to do a 1031 exchange, selling a rental townhome for a stand-alone single-family dwelling in another county, we asked her for some help. Karyn Kambur really is that good! My sister and I were tasked with moving our elderly aunt out of her home of 40 years and get it sold to pay for her new residence at an assisted living facility. This is something neither myself nor my sister wanted to take on, living in different parts of the state and both working full time. We had met with a few agents and were impressed but Karyn was a powerhouse she was prepared, warm and hugely generous with her time.
