After several appointments, We've felt relief and feel great improvement, me of my neck and back. I highly recommend his services. His staff are very accommodating.
(January 7, 2019, 5:29 pm)First treatment today and my lower back pain reduced from an 8 to 1. I am thrilled. Dr. DeSalvo explained everything he was going to do and what he was doing thoroughly. I feel very hopeful and grateful. I go back this week for my treatment plan and I can't wait to get started.

I attribute my improved mobility that has led to a significant weight loss to the work he has done with me following a vehicle accident. Additionally, the entire office staff is so friendly, kind, and helpful with every step of the process. HIGHLY recommend this fantastic Dr., facility, and chiropractice care.
(November 22, 2018, 12:54 pm)Several years ago I suffered a spinal compression fracture that resulted in permanent damage to my T12 vertebrae. I have been plauged with constant back pain for decades. Through the years I have seen literally dozens of specialist who have not been able to provide more than slight if any relief from discomfort.
One day I was in so much pain I could barely walk and thought I would try a chiropractor. I began a search for the chiropractors with best training and user ratings in the bay area. I found that Dr. De Salvo was rated tops so I made an appointment and due to my acute situation he saw me right away. After the initial assessment he began his treatment. I could tell immediately he knew what he was doing. It was obvious he had how I can only describe as "very intelligent hands." At completion of the treatment I could stand straight and was a bit sore but the pain was almost completely gone.
I have been seeing Doctor Doug now a couple of times a month now for almost three years and am happy to report I am mostly pain free. I recommend him without reservation.
