The staff here is always friendly. But place is always very busy so plan on an hour wait. But the lobby is comfortable and a good place to get some work done on the phone or laptop.

I had 15 psi in my tire after a workout after filling the tire to the required 36 psi before my workout.

I passed by a tire place to get to Discount Tire because I have been buying tires from them for two of our cars for years. We now have a third car that hasn't even had it's first vehicle service. I trusted taking my newest vehicle there and they check my tire, asked if I wanted it replaced if ruined or out back on. The tire ended up having a nail in it and they pulled it, patched it, tested it and had me on my way in less than 90 minutes.

The customer service was great with all 3 gentlemen that I had ro deal with in the process. Professionals and proficient while somewhat busy.

This team is great. Friendly, timely, professional. Forgot my Discount card and they made it all happen electronically. Brought rims in the box and they matched them with a set of lug nut. Beautiful. Added a second set of valve stems to my rally rims - no cost. I love Discount Tire as a company for the availability nation wide and the selection available, not to mention the service throughout the life of the tires. This Grand Prairie location is the best hand I have had the pleasure to experience. Awesome and recommend.
