My entire experience at the Trek San Rafael store was fantastic! Literally the entire team was helping me, one person working on my tires, another helping me with a kid bicycle trade in and new purchase (along with installing training wheels), while I was able to order a new eMTB. The staff answered all my questions, very patiently and offered me with great options for all my requests. I really felt treated with respect and professionalism. I will definitely go back there to purchase future bikes and related equipment.
Super friendly. Great products. Rode one home. They even let me borrow a helmet to make it home. Will be uding them for future service and bikes for the kids

I've wanted to buy a bicycle for the last 2 years. Whenever I've rented a bike (from SF to Sydney) the tour companies always have Trek bikes! So, I knew that these bikes were designed for comfort and durability. Since COVID I was unable to find a bike to purchase. On whim, I thought I'd give the San Rafael store a call. As luck would have it, there were 2 bikes available. Worked out perfectly, because I also wanted to buy a bike for my Son. We could bike together! I spoke with Teddy at San Rafael and he answered all of my questions and made it easy to buy 2 bikes over-the-phone. The Store Manager, Tyler, delivered my bikes to the house. It was like Christmas morning to actually have the bikes ready to-go. Moreover, it was one of my best purchasing experiences; specifically, by connecting with Teddy (who just took care of everything) and the next-level service of the delivery by Tyler. After the bike purchases, Teddy also recommended products that I didn't think about - helmet (duh), water bottle cages, and kickstands. It's been a long time since I've owned a bike (+20 years), so I didn't consider all that I needed before I took my first ride. Awesome experience and I've already ridden my bike 20 miles over the weekend. Thank you Teddy and Tyler! I'm a customer for life.
