(March 29, 2021, 5:47 pm)I attended Annie's Visual Journaling workshop in a lovely park in Marin and it was an amazing experience! After dropping into the sacred experience of walking and listening to the natural world, Annie showed us the myriad possibilities of adding color, texture and words to our journals as a way to express our inner selves. Annie is a masterful teacher in facilitating the creative process with compassion, humor and wisdom, so the critic can move out of the way for the creativity to flow. I loved the pages that came out of me during that time and the next day I felt as if something profound had been released and I was ready to dream big.
