Very quick, on-the-fly communication, great customer service, 10/10 excellent.
Everything from beginning to end was perfect. The people working there are very friendly and professional and know what they're doing! I got a nice loaner car, and they send text message updates. Very convenient.
Mike and his team are absolutely amazing, fantastic, trustworthy, and genuine. Every time I bring my car in whether it be for a repair, scheduled maintenance, tire change, etc. it is always an incredibly enjoyable experience. I bought my CX-30 in Dec 2021 and today I stopped by to ask the service department to troubleshoot a bumping/banging noise from the rear. It turns out it was due to another shop installing a trailer hitch improperly.
The impressive thing about Marin Mazda is that I drove up only to ask if I could make an appointment for another day. Instead, Mike Glasser in the service department give me other choices including leaving the car and giving me a loaner, which is what I did. Incidentally, Mike was walking through the service department, but it turns out he’s the CEO and GM. He could have handed me off to someone but he took the problem I was having as his to help solve!
They texted me about the progress, and Charles, one of the technicians sent me a video pointing out what the hitch shop needed to do to fix the problem.
I’ve never experienced this level of customer service from a dealer. It’s truly above and beyond and fully a 5-star experience.
Everyone with whom I came in contact was genuinely helpful. Starting as I said with Mike Glasser, and then the scheduler Lilly who was super and then when I picked up my car, Mike Williamson.
I was impressed with Marin Mazda when I bought the car, and now again when I needed their help in diagnosing a problem that wasn’t theirs to fix.
I unconditionally recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car and build a relationship with the after-sales servicing.

I was a walk-in customer who didn't have an appointment. I live in the South Bay but was visiting the Larkspur area when I had some lights in my car come on. I asked them to check out these lights as well as do an oil change and tire rotation, and they were able to fit me in. They had an Uber drop me off at a nearby mall where I could do some holiday shopping while I waited. When the service was complete, they had an Uber pick me up and bring me back to the service center. All communication while I was away was conveniently over text. Plus they were able to look up all my warranty and maintenance information so I didn't have very much to pay; just for the nail repair for my tire. Overall very happy with their great customer service.
