Being a mechanics daughter, and a brother in the business, i know a lot about cars. None the less I do rely on my brother to help with major purchases such as tires. He and I were very impressed with the service and price at Big O in Shakopee. I would highly recommend them.

Was able to get new tires for my car on the same day I made the appointment. Friendly customer service and quick turn around time.

Last year or two, my tire went flat and took it here to have it looked out. They removed a nail some some staples, fixed my tire up, and didn't charge me at all. At that moment, they gained a customer for life!

Staff so friendly and honest. I thought I needed to change my air filter but they told me it's still good and do not need changing as yet.

I've been insured by State Farm for 44 years. Cars, houses, life, umbrella, rentals. There are some serious communication gaps and explanation problems within the billing and marketing parts of this company. This does not effect my appreciation for people like Stacey at the front line but it absolutely affects my loyalty to State Farm as an insured customer.

Good value - Not especially.
Good quality - We'll see how any future claim is handled.

Perhaps equally important, Lisa's office gets back to me very quickly on new questions or scenarios. No matter how much choice there seems to be in the insurance field, I've found great value and service with this agency.
