“Unfortunately, my car hit a deer at night. Thankfully I was driving about 25miles per hour. I couldn’t see if the deer walked away; it was too dark. My car’s bumper was nudged a bit out of place. I brought my car in for an estimate and Vanessa offered me 2 choices, of which I chose the most affordable and least perfect fix. I am really happy with the work that Barsotti’s did for me, my car and my family. Also, everyone in the office is really kind, helpful and caring. Hopefully I won’t need to come back, but I would gladly recommend them.”

“I brought my 2013 Hyundai Sonata in for a rattle in the steering column which at least according to online forums is a known issue for the car. R & I took it for a test drive and definitely heard the noise and then did the research to note there was a service bulletin for the exact issue. They obtained the part, dismantled my steering column and made the repair. They were knowledgeable about my car and performed the service as promised. They are expensive, but that might be normal San Rafael pricing as I just moved to the area. I will definitely use them again. They said they knew Hyundai's and followed that up in practice.”

“What a little gem of a place! Stayed 5 nights the last week of November. Place is spotless, bed is comfortable, feels very private and cozy. Some traffic noise but can't hear any noise at all from other guests. Coffee in the office is very good. Good location close to highway. We liked it so much after the first 2 nights that we extended our stay for another 3 nights. Would 100% stay again.”
