“One of my favorite places to stay, they are overdue for an upgrade but the staff here is UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME!! I have never had a hotel do what they did for me on my last stay. I called the day before check-in and asked for a bottom floor room because of having surgery not only did they accommodate me but when I went into my room they had a Valentine's teddy bear and a get well card sitting on the table and personally signed by the staff.
