Happy with my decision to use STEVE SEKHON to sell my floating home.
He was able to work with a difficult tenant to show the unit and complete the sale. Even post sale he was available to work with the registration agency to ensure that the buyer secured a clear and properly recorded title. He would be my first choice to handle a subsequent sale of an additional property.

I used Steve as our houseboat purchase real estate broker. He was extremely knowledgeable, affable and perceptive regarding my needs and aesthetic sensibilities. Once we found the perfect houseboat Steve managed the inspections and my hundreds of questions. I have never purchased a houseboat so I was lacking knowledge about hulls, electrical hook ups, dock fees, etc......and Steve was patient and extremely knowledgeable about all things that are important to understand when purchasing a floating home. This in part comes from Steve not just living on a houseboat but doing all the construction work on his home. I needed a float for the pest folks and not only did Steve find one, he paddled it over to my home. All around he is a top notch realtor, Steve is a great listener and an all around sweet human being. I recommend him without hesitation. He is the BEST!

We are a late middle age couple and first time home buyers.

We didn’t really think we were positioned to buy a home (in this case a floating home) in the community we love.

Yes, the basics....we knew nothing!

Steve taught us, guided us, advocated for us and protected us. I am sure we drove him nuts at times being so naive, but it never showed. His patience was bottomless.

Steve found the perfect home for us. He helped us with each step, from how to get financing, who to contact for inspections, how to get the odd insurance needed for a home in the water. He handled all communications and picked up his phone each and every time we called with an unnecessary worry or a silly question.

With Steve’s management we found, financed and bought our home, and moved in (during a pandemic) in 5 weeks. While a first time purchase of a home must have stress, Steve’s incredible knowledge of the market and the process, as well as his calm and kind manner bolstered us during this life event.

And post-move, Steve is still a resource for us. He knows the area intimately; he knows people we can turn to if we need help with the house.

Actually, Steve seems to know everybody. And everybody knows and loves him.

I have to say that there is joy in what Steve does. There is such kindness and support. His talent is a combination of expertise in the process and empathy.

I don’t think we want to move again; this is the home of our dreams. But if we ever consider moving, our very first and only call will be to Steve to yell, “HELP!”
