“You feel peaceful as soon as you walk in the door, then the "mind massage" happens when you view the oil and watercolor paintings that somehow just put you where to want to be. The spacious skies are my favorite. The atmosphere is blissful, but the gallery also has character, whimsy and originality. ”

“Our first time in beautiful Stinson Beach and we ate breakfast today at Parkside Cafe - it was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed the best omelette I’ve ever had in my life, hands down. My husband had the French toast with berries which was also really delicious. Atmosphere and service were impeccable. I can’t wait to go back.”

“I booked a standard queen downstairs, but when I got there they upgraded me to Kitchenette room. It's a great location! Less than five minutes from the beach. They have a garden you can hang out by. They have I huge collection of DVDs you can borrow to watch in your room. Very small town with a restaurant , snack shack and super market within 10 minutes walk. Would definitely come back. I wished I would have taken the scenic route by the Pacific Coast instead of the mountains. Some people can road sickness from it.”

“Fantastic little restaurant on the beach. The food is amazing, the service lovely. On my visit in late January 2019, I learned that the owner is spending her own money to help keep Stinson Beach Park open and clean during the government shutdown. What a wonderful gesture! I urge everyone to support the restaurant and pay it a visit!”

“Take the steep ravine up to the veterans bench, then loop back down via the dipsea. A really nice 2-3 hour hike with amazing views at the top. Gives you an awesome variety of trees and growth, with a mixture of shade and sun. Bathrooms are found about halfway at a ranger station. My favorite hike!”

“This is a fairly easy and straightforward hike. Great for families or people who want to be in nature but want to relax. This hike leads to the West Point Inn where you can have their famous pancake breakfast. Just be sure to look up which days they are serving. They only do it about once a month from May to October.”
