(July 10, 2018, 9:39 pm)Be careful of the coons they are nightmare the raccoons will steal you blind there are so many and they come from everywhere around bring poison or something cuz they're horrible they will take all your stuff all your food and string it all over the place and and Wreck-It Dreadful I had a great time though

(January 23, 2018, 3:03 pm)Epic views and possibly the best campsite on the island. Easy to walk to from the ferry terminal. Only remote downside is the pit toilet/outhouse smelled something fierce but the smell didn't make it to the campsite. There's a neat beach to walk around on just south, southeast from the campsite too. Great views of the city, bridges, and bay especially at night.
(September 10, 2017, 3:56 pm)Our favorite Angel Island campsite. Some shade & windbrake, great views. Look for the vultures in the nearby dead tree overlooking the Bay Bridge. Warning: be wary of the raccoons stealing food or items smelling like food from tents.
