But it's the responsiveness, and follow through, that is really impressive. We had a minor mounting / install issue, and it's not when things go wrong, but how they are handled. I've really not seen such a responsive, accountable, and friendly response as I did from Ed, the showroom manager. It was wonderful, and what could have become a really annoying issue was immediately dealt with and resolved.
