“My mom is 93 years old and it is hard to get her out for appts. She had an eye dr appt in San Rafael and I thought I would try to get her in to a hearing center to change her hearing aid tubing. I called two places and both were not able to do a drop in appt. Just as I was about to give up, Dr Pearson found my number on redial and called us to say he had a cancellation and to come now if we could. He is the nicest, kindest man....so sweet with my mom and we both appreciated him squeezing her in on such short notice.
