Helpful staff usually in about quite and accurate when ordering parts.i haven't been sold the wrong part from this store yet.surprised at their in stock products. Items that you'd think they would have to order are already in stock

The employees were great. Helped me through the whole buying purchase and even installed my windshield wipers and updated the information of my military status to make it easier the next time I go in. I live in Merced and go all the way to Atwater because of the service i get there.

Actually, my tire blew on the freeway and O’Reilly’s is right off the freeway, so I wound up in their parking lot. I was pretty clueless but the staff here was so incredibly helpful. I am so so so incredibly grateful for a member of the staff because if it wasn’t for his help and guidance ... I’d be pretty helpless. However, I also buy a lot of things from O’Reilys like windshield wipers, oil filters, fluids, and in general, the people that work here are really awesome. I’ve always seen friendly, helpful, informative, and just awesome people working there. I don’t know a lot about maintaining my car and I usually need a bit of guidance to find out what part is needed for my vehicle and they’ve always helped me make a good choice.
