(July 13, 2023, 11:38 pm)I live here best placed I've have lived .Best manager Debbie ever. She came in and did the laundry room she has made this park so much better . Great for kids to enjoy a club house with a nice pool area. She's on top with everything that comes in and out of here.
(August 26, 2022, 8:01 am)Best mobile home park in Atwater. It has paved streets, and plenty of amenities including a pool and a pool hall I use every day. Debbie is the manager of the park as of this post. She's the best IMHO.
(November 10, 2017, 11:49 am)This is a very nice Mobile Home Park in Atwater. It is no longer a Senior only park, so families can enjoy living here. Pool, rec room, laundry, pot lucks, bingo, etc
