I just wanted to take a moment to write a review and express my sincere appreciation for all that those at Purely Storage. I would especially like to give a shoutout to the amazing Manager working on April 25 ( I am absolutely terrible with names and I profoundly apologize to her as she was so kind and courteous when I needed assistance with my unit)

Her hard work, dedication, and friendly demeanor have made my experience with Purely Storage exceptional.

As a storage unit owner, I have always been impressed by the level of service that she is able to provide day in and day out. Her commitment to ensuring that all of the storage unit owners receive the best possible service is truly admirable. She goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is taken care of, whether it's answering my many questions, helping with -my many- problems, or just being a friendly face that is so amicable and patient which I truly appreciate.
I could go on, and I will.

I know that as the manager of Purely Storage, she had a lot of responsibilities, but she always manages to handle everything with grace and professionalism, and I am at awe of just how incredible she is. Her friendly and approachable demeanor has made me feel welcome and comfortable every time I visit the storage unit. She is the main reason I have continued to use Purely Storage, and I cannot imagine a better manager.

I love the customer service I receive every month from Liz she goes out of her way. I asked for a reminder call because I am busy with taking care of others and sometimes forget the dates. And she is friendly and happy when I call. Makes my day better.

Elizabeth is a wonderful customer service representative! I have anxiety talking to people on the phone but she always makes me feel like I'm speaking to an old friend! Feeling comfortable and having my needs taken care of is a big plus! Definitely 5 stars⭐
