Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Angelica was our host, but the young Mexican guy working the counter was super sweet and attentive as well. Great friendly service, fast service and the food was Hot! And delicious! I got the popcorn shrimp and my husband had the 2 piece meal. I had to leave a good word for these people right here! Thank you. Just passing through but I wish I had service and food was this good from my local Popeyes! 🤟

I had a 2 hour drive home from work tonight. I ordered dinner from the app when I was about an hour out. In between that time and me arriving, the manager had to remove Spicy chicken sandwiches from the menu due to the patties being frozen. My app didn't alert me and I didn't notice until after I got my food. I mentioned it to the young man at the front counter. It was supposed to be a free spicy chicken for using the app for the first time. Since they didn't have that, he made it right and replaced it with another menu item. He was SO sweet and friendly. If I could speak directly to his manager, or even the district manager, I'd say you're making a huge mistake by not making that kid a lead, at bare minimum. The customer service this kid provides was AMAZING. Way to go! We will be back.
