Went to pick up my carpet and was cheerfully greeted by a gentleman with shoulder length hair (didn’t catch his name) and several other staff. I told him that while looking online for a rug cleaner, I learned a bit about my rug and found the subject was very interesting. He then took the time to teach me a few more things. As we were preparing to take the carpet to my car, another employee came in and provided more interesting facts about my carpet!
The staff was so engaging, yet comfortable and not intimidating. I highly recommend this place, not only for their beautiful rugs, but for their above and beyond customer service!!

(August 1, 2011, 3:20 pm)Been using Navajo Rug Company since 2005. Have used their cleaning services for my quality wool carpet and like the idea they clean onsite. Family owned or run - I also purchased a rug from them that they personally travelled overseas to purchase. It had quite a story to it and was hand made with wool from village sheep - once hung on the wall of a villager. I only give 3 stars, as delivery options were limited whenever I inquired.
