(April 3, 2019, 5:59 pm)Beautiful property! Get a table by the window or outside if weather is warm. Advisable to make a reservation in advance as this place gets pretty packed, especially on weekends. Good tasting options and food combinations.
(March 25, 2019, 9:47 am)One of the best wineries in Napa Valley - must visit when in the area. The exterior & house is gorgeous, with nice views from inside and on the patio. Inside is a bit crowded with tourists, so be sure to make a reservation. Seating is plenty and service is fantastic. Wine here is obviously amazing, along with the cheese & charcuterie plates - totally affordable and worth the money.
(February 27, 2019, 6:13 pm)It's Everything that a Vineyard should be! I was blown away when we pulled up to this Castle. As far as the eye can see grape vines covered the land. Even out of season the view is breathtaking.
We decided to get the cheese plate and that did not disappoint. Our tasting focused on a mix of their sparkling collection. It was fantastic. It was so good we had to take home a bottle.
I was very impressed with the entire operations and wish we had time to do the tour. Next time we definitely will because seen the history is half the Fun.
This is the perfect place to spend a warm sunny day or to warm up with a nice glass of red in the winter and fall. I'm very happy we stumbled in and Hope to see grapes in full bloom soon enough...
