(November 2, 2022, 12:39 am)WOW ! Great customer service.at the Napa showroom. I brought in my Grande 12 bottle carrier that an airline broke the telescopic handle and would not take responsibility for. I thought that they may be able to replace the handle and Janice said it was not a problem, I didn’t realize that they would switch out the case with a brand new one at no charge, Great product and a great company to deal with. I will definitely refer everyone to them and I will definitely do business with them again.

(April 5, 2019, 1:20 pm)A bit hidden in a sort of industrial complex, but the luggage looks and feels fantastic for taking home your new, EXPENSIVE, wine. Much better than trying to wrap a 200$ bottle in a sweater
