(October 4, 2022, 11:50 am)3 Rx were mis-sent by my MD to another pharmacy. When I arrived at RiteAid, the correct drug store, the assistant politely explained the delay. The Pharmacist also took time to explain that the Rx were filled by another drug store and would have to be cancelled by the other drug store, before my insurance would okay RiteAid to fill them. I was disappointed by my doctor's error and admired RiteAid for explaining the delay. They called the next morning and I picked the drugs up that day. The Pharmacist and assistance were professional, patient and informative
