(January 22, 2015, 6:19 pm)This is a terrific place to learn real karate. It's not about just getting the next color belt, it's about really learning and applying traditional karate. I have been training here for several years and highly recommend this group. Classes are relatively small allowing the teachers to focus on individuals no matter what their level.
It's an encouraging environment that still challenges students to advance. Great for fitness, coordination, self-esteem, confidence and strength. This is not MMA, it's a safe place to learn karate.
