  I had a complex knee fracture after a ski injury and came to see Paul for my rehab. At my first visit, I had just started walking and had lost nearly all of the strength in my leg. Now, after only 8 visits, we are working on running again and gaining that last bit of strength to start the ski season again. Highly recommended for professionalism , expertise and quality care.

  Went it comes to Physical Therapy in Napa, Paul is the go to person. He is super professional and communicates clearly what the next steps are. I highly recommend Napa Valley Physical Therapy.

  Very knowledgeable about insurance laws. He doesn't lie to get your business, but instead tells you what you need and acknowledges if you can get a better deal elsewhere. He's extremely professional. And if things go wrong you want him on your side.

  If you're looking for great customer service, Zach is your answer. He responded to my quote within a day and in less than 1 hour (more like 30 minutes), I was set up with Auto Insurance and am now a Farmers Member. The best part, we were able to do this all over the phone! No in person visit required.
  
  In this day and age people expect immediate answers and fast service, Zach understands this expectation and executes it. He was very thorough and compassionate, he's not just trying to sell you a product, he's building a long term relationship with you and providing you good old fashioned quality service.
