They were very upfront about price and the timeline for getting work done. They were speedy and affordable and let me know ahead of time about what was going on. I will definitely be taking my car back to Euro motors form here on out.
(February 23, 2023, 3:43 pm)This place is the best! I called after hours and they returned my call the next business day. They were able to get my Land Rover in and diagnosed right away. They had my car all back to good quickly and the office staff was amazing. Definitely recommend Euro Motors!
(January 25, 2023, 5:56 pm)I am very happy to have found Auburn Euro Motors. Prior to moving to Auburn I had my VW CC serviced at the dealership where I bought it. The service is better than the dealership. Auburn Euro Motors keeps me better informed with detailed pictures of my car and what is needed and why. Everyone is friendly and my questions are answered to my satisfaction. The mechanics are up to date on training and the front office is knowledgeable as well as pleasant. Do I recommend Auburn Euro Motors ? Yeah, I do !
(January 12, 2023, 9:24 pm)I came to Euro Motors from Sacramento sorry based on their reviews. I was having issues with my car not starting right away and they were from the start extremely helpful.! They kept me in the loop every step of the way with lots of pictures and emails and text messages and they also had a loaner vehicle for me to use while they worked on mine. As it turns out what was causing the problem was rodent damage and that's the only thing my warranty does not cover, they went above and beyond with patience and understanding that I wasn't expecting this expenses and were so cool about it. I have nothing but amazing praises to give this company. They are fantastic, they are informative and they are exactly what you dream of when you look for an honest mechanic. I couldn't recommend them enough to anybody and everybody, they are amazing, great, honest good people. If you haven't been there yet what are you waiting for!!!!!!
(January 9, 2023, 1:40 pm)I took my Jaguar to get some services done as well as to inspect a leak. Euro Motors was the third place I received an opinion on repairs for my car and their approach to providing a solution to the repairs was clearly in my best interest compared to others. Others suggested major repairs while Euro Motors suggested a time & cost efficient approach that would also allow us to pin point the problem if their solution fails. I haven’t had any problems with my car since! On top of their knowledge of Jags they also provided amazing & friendly customer service, which made the process feel easier. Overall a great experience and I would recommend others to Euro Motors. This was my first experience with them and it felt like I have done business with them for years! All-around great business!
