Tahoe Mountain Properties

Holly and her crew have been managing our property since late 2020. Our prior manager (a national company that had acquired a local manager) was a complete nightmare. Holly has been so, so patient with us while we worked through the transition, got set up with her, and have been moving forward like a well-oiled machine. Holly is amazingly responsive, keeps track of items, raises concerns and is on top of proactive maintenance. The finances are clear, and cleaning and maintenance work is top-notch. We're so thankfully to be working with such an excellent manager as Holly!

We've been leasing through Tahoe Mountain Properties and although our lease hasn't yet concluded, we've been extremely happy with the house and the attentiveness Holly has paid to us and the property. If I were on the flipside of the equation I'd hire TMP for property management in a heartbeat.
