I went in for some neck pain initially and had some great sessions with Spencer. He is super knowledgeable, professional and with a trustworthy, warm caring attitude, that helps you relax and ease into the adjustments. He recommended Julia to get some acupuncture done. After my initial apprehension towards the medicine, I then ended up having a very profound and deep reconnection with myself and relaxation, that night I had the best sleep I can ever remember having!

I went to Elemental Back & Body when I had the worst lower back spasm pain of my life. They understood the urgency of my pain and fit me in quite quickly. They were very effective at easing the pain of the spasm while encouraging my back to heal, so I saw results in only a handful of visits. It seems like they truly work with the needs of the patient in applying integrative approaches such as an adjustment suitable for my pain level, cupping and exercises to help ease pain and strengthen my core. I hope that I don't experience such a painful spasm any time soon, but if I do, Elemental Back and Body will be my first call.

My back hurt so badly that I could barely breathe. It was hold my breath and not be in pain or take a breath and tough it out - what a way to ring in turning 35! Elemental had a last minute availability and was able to get me in and get my body headed in a more sound direction. The professional yet personable atmosphere made for a very comfortable visit.
