Came in for a trial workout and really enjoyed it. Jake and Lily hyped me up like I was a true champion! Even though I was huffing and puffing all over the place. Of course, I joined. Since meeting Laura and Jackie, I can continue to say I enjoy the environment of 30 Minute Hit. You get to complete a full body workout in 30 mins, have trainers that help motivate you, and the other women are encouraging too!
5 stars all across the board! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this gym. The convenience of being able to drop in at anytime and start a workout, alongside the most motivating and helpful trainers makes signing up for a membership a no brainer. I can’t speak for all the trainers but Lily and Jackie are true professionals and really the best cheerleaders, you can tell your success is their success. Its such a quick but effective workout, in the 3 weeks since I started I can already tell a difference. I highly recommend you check it out and see for yourself!
I love this gym! The best part about 30 Minute Hit is the people. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Lilly, my trainer was amazing, she was right there motivating me and pushing me to the last second! I love that you learn self defense moves while getting a great workout! The owner, Laura, was so friendly and accommodating. I love that they listen to you and there is no pressure to join like most gyms! Try it out! Your body will thank you!!
I've been coming to 30 Minute Hit for about a month and I LOVE working out here! ALL the trainers (Jake, Jackie & Lilly) are absolutely amazing and the owner Laura is super friendly! They motivate you, pay attention to your fitness level, and make adjustments to give just the right amount of push to excel. I feel like I my endurance and strength has improved in just a month! The trainers work with you and make you feel comfortable no matter what fitness level you’re at. The kickboxing workout is AWESOME, the music gets you going, the trainers encourage you and give you energy to get through the stations! You learn boxing drills, different kicks, and self defense skills that work your ENTIRE body to the core. I like that you can come in and start the circuit workout right away and finish in 30 minutes. It’s so convenient if you are trying to fit in an effective workout in your busy day. Go on and do the free trial! You’ll be hooked!
