My Husband and I recently moved to Orange County from Hawaii and had the pleasure of working with Randy.  It was very challenging taking care of an overseas move but Randy made our lives simpler by going above and beyond the normal responsibilities of a real estate agent. We rented the house before arriving and ordered furniture and other household items which we planned to have arrive after we got there. Before we arrived we were informed that many of our items would arrive sooner than anticipated but Randy was more than happy to wait at our property and sign for and bring in our purchases. Not only did he help us find a great place, he helped us get settled even before we arrived. I would highly recommend Randy as a agent.

When we met Randy, we were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge as well as his friendliness and openness. At our initial meeting Randy provided us with a marketing plan and gave advice to get our home ready to sell. He quickly arranged for photos, advertising and staging. He was always available, and responsive to our wishes/concerns, getting back to any calls or emails very quickly. We received multiple offers in less than a two weeks of the listing.

Man O Man! Where do I begin with Randy Arshaid! I met Randy at an open house and I was electrified with the amount of energy was passing through his open house...I figured he was one of those agents that was too busy to talk to everyone. It was about closing time for his open house and offered my wife and I beverages and snacks. He literally locked up the home and we got chatting for about an hour after he closed up his open house. He could've been home relaxing. BTW we weren't even talking real estate!
