  Beverly is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, caring, and professional. She knows the housing market and is easy to work with. She will get you the best possible outcome and looks out for her clients' best interest. I have known and worked with Bev for over ten years. She found my husband and me a great investment property and has sold two houses for us as well. I highly recommend Bev whether buying or selling a property and wouldn't go with any other realtor. She is the best!

  To begin, Beverly had done a remarkable job with the purchase of this property. Secondly, we were counting on her to help us with finding responsible and qualified tenants. The listing Beverly created attracted a lot of viewers and definitely was a high traffic one to best describe it. This gave us many potential tenants to choose from. It was a complicated process, being that we have never rented out a property before. At one point, our listing was hacked by fraudulent people who wanted to scam others of their hard earned money. Thankful Beverly caught it right away and reported to the right authorities to stop these people. We thought this was important to note, so everyone knows how detail oriented Beverly is. Furthermore, Beverly had eased our worries and guided us step-by-step with the paperwork, legalities, tenant contract, walk-through and so forth. Beverly had spend countless hours on our rental listing, honestly more than she really had too because of the high volume of interest on the property. She diligently answered every single inquiry, which confirms the professionalism she carries since we have known her for many years and recommend her without hesitation to everyone.

  We have met Beverly at an open house in Spring 2014. We were leisurely looking around the housing market. Our first impression of her was that she was very easy to talk to and very professional at the same time. Since then, it became a fruitful customer/friend relationship with her. Beverly is not only the top Real Estate Agent in her field, she is automatically our "go to" agent when my husband and I are buying or selling a house. She has helped sold and bought multiple houses for us. Her knowledge is immense, and she is very thorough throughout the escrow period. Her response is always professional and immediate. No task is too big and ever too small, is just as important. We have 100% trust in her ability in mediating solutions with the sellers and escrow agents to move forward and staying on schedule. When last minute issues popped up at closing, Beverly handled it with ease and made it less stressful for us. We are a very detail oriented couple and her responsiveness and mastery in her game has helped us to step back and let her do all the negotiations from sending an offer, countering back and forth with sellers, and to wrapping up a walk through. At the end of the day we always felt that we were well taken care of. We have used other agents in the past, but by far, Beverly is the best among her peers. Doesn't matter if you are buying/selling a Million dollar property or small property, Beverly gives her customers the 5 star diamond service.

  We used Beverly to both buy and sell our house. She we great in both case.
  
  With buying, she was very expedient with getting an offer written up, the same day we saw the house. They were review offers that night. During escrow she was great at guiding us through each step and explaining things. She helped us communicate with the sellers and, calm them when we had to ask for some repairs, required by the VA.
  
  When it came time to sell this year, she helped guid us through the complicated balance, of selling. Especially because we were on the brink of a buyers market. When we finally found the right buyers, they were frustrating and gutsy. Escrow went over the allotted time, due to things out side of our controls. Beverly made sure we were compensated for the second extension. She was so patient and, continuously communicating with, the buyers agent and escrow. I really appreciated how she always kept me in the loop and explained all that was going on. She let me vent when I was frustrated and didn’t make me feel bad. If anything she was frustrated for me. In the end, escrow closed and, we got the amount of equity we had hoped for. I’d say that’s a win. Beverly is awesome ❤️

  Beverly knows everything about buying and selling homes. She helped us sell our home and buy another one. She followed up with us on every step of the very complicated process. Beverly also followed up with every potential buyer of our home, which resulted in multiple offers and a sale above list price. We could not have been more pleased with how clear she made every issue and her diligent follow through. We highly recommend her service!
