“As much as I love the tactical 4 pistol backpack, I no longer have the same 4 pistols I did when I first purchased this bag. I tried to call to see where I could order more foam inserts to customize to my new pistols and the lady said they are mass produced and have no replacement parts. Well how am I supposed to keep my pistols secured now? Can I send it in for a new one? Ya I doubt it. Definitely going to look for a better range babe that sells replacement parts. ***Update 8-11-20 - the customer service case club has provided me has been by far the best. They are in the works to make the replacement parts available and it makes more sense knowing how new to production these backpacks are. Definitely going to do more business with Case Club.”
