  I stopped in after going to Cooks tire & auto whom I purchased 4-tires/synthetic oil change/alignment from about 2 years ago .
  They installed 3 tires with directional outside/inside wrong.
  I noticed a few days later & called & they said bring in & next oil change is on us after we correct tires mounted wrong.
  Matt said he would honor & put a note on bill & put in front counter drawer..
  We have 3-cars & with Covid-19 my wife’s Optima was not driven much, just under 8k miles since last synthetic change they did
  When I called last week they said Matt had quit & come in for oil change next week & they would honor.
  They told me today that it would not be honored since it was over a year.
  I said see ya I’m going to stellar .
  They were busy but said if I wanted to wait about 2 hours they would do synthetic oil change check all filters fluids,rotate tires so I worked on my phone/laptop & with in about an hour they finished & i was pleased with work done right.

  Last week during the rains my daughter was in the area and had a low tire (12 lbs) I looked up a local tire center and located Stellar. I told my daughter to drive to Stellar and have them look at tire. I called Stellar and told them my daughter was just down the street and driving over. They looked at the tires which were due for a tire change and I had them put new tires on her car. I appreciate how they made her feel at ease during the process. They provided such good service that I returned today to get my tires changed on my car. Excellent customer service!

  I was very satisfied with their service. They were very professional and knowledgeable with their job, describing the repair work to be performed and keeping me informed of the progress while waiting. Their shop and customer lounge were well maintained and clean. I will definitely recommend them to my family, friends, and acquaintances .
  
  Services Performed: Check misfire, check engine light flashing, replaced distributor cap/rotor and wires, changed fuel filter, changed oil and oil filter and rotated tires.

  Very professional and fast service. I had two control arms and the axle shaft assembly replaced and a 27 Point Inspection. They also did an oil change and replaced my cabin filter. It was a lot of labor but they were able to finish in several hours and gave me a good discount. I am very happy with their work! I immediately was able to tell the big different in how my car was driving when I picked it up!
