(June 9, 2021, 6:22 pm)I called Hughes at the number listed on their site, and after 1 1/2 rings had the opportunity of speaking with Ian. I inquired specifically about the Product Warranty / Support Information, and then delved into the technical details for their PWD30-EPO.
The entire discussion was outstanding! Ian was highly knowledgeable and informed on the product, and even noticed some areas of interest before I had the opportunity to ask. With the objective data points he was able to share, an extremely competitive price and an elevated level of customer service experienced, Hughes has easily earned my business.

(October 7, 2019, 9:52 am)Bought my autoformer in 2006 & am still using it. It has saved my bacon many times. Today it's helping my buddy. If you travel and run into low voltage you need an autoformer.
