  We had a brand new stacker that was delivered but unfortunately had a small leak inside the machine. Cody was contacted and immediately was able to come out and diagnose the issue. We ordered the new part and Cody returned as soon as the part arrived to install the new piece. The machine is working even more smoothly and quietly than before. Very impressed with Cody and Wild West.

  Me name is Shawnee Witt. I am the co-founder of Power of One Foundation. When food insecurity skyrockets in Orange County in mArch of 2020, I called countless places trying to find forklifts for our large-scale operations but had little luck until talking to Cody, the owner of Wild West Lift Trucks.   We have a warehouse with 8 forklifts. Cody & his team are very professional and always on time. When ever we need service or tires, we call Cody. The first time we hired wild west was to add new tires to our fleet. While cody was working on the lifts, he mentioned that he gave us a complimentary service estimate on all the forklifts. He noticed some serious concerns about one of our forklift's motors. After pulling it apart, we noticed how neglected the previous owner was to the lift. Cody got it working and humming like a new champ! We have now been on a monthly service plan for the past 8 months. No issues. Great service and great sense of humor! 5 star service!
