  All the staff was super helpful in explaining their products. They have exactly what I was looking for--flush mount glass doors--and we will be placing our order soon.

  Embers West Inc was the best decision we made for our new fireplace and mantle. Francois and Serryn are fantastic and were so helpful every step of the process. We purchased the Napoleon HDX40NT fireplace and Magra Hearth Wood Silver mantle. We also had Embers West Inc install both items and that too was the right choice! Great price, superior customer service and the best overall value! We highly recommend Embers West Inc! Thank you, Francois and Serryn!

  This is THE PLACE to go in OC if you want a fireplace! WE did a new construction home and we hired embers west early on. They were communicative, had great service and excellent pricing! Use them for your fireplace needs!!!
