He's thorough, extremely knowledgeable, very detailed and gets things done whether its tests, follow up with other specialists or other care needed. He's also very personable and really cares about his patients. I have a very complex condition and when I first came to him in 2013, I was diagnosed with atrial fib that added to my preexisting condition. During my first visit with Dr. Kwan, he told me my condition was much worse than previously thought and required immediate surgery. I loved how straightforward he was with such a devastating diagnosis but he was also very compassionate. Explained exactly how he wanted to treat it and what to expect. Within 2 months, I had two open heart surgeries. He saved my life and I'll be eternally grateful for having been referred to him.”

“Excellent service and open until midnight at this location. Which to be a wee off topic is unusual for an auto parts store to be open in a bedroom community where most everyone is in bed by 10. Meanwhile at another Auto Zone, about 15 miles away in an area that's high traffic, and up all night the store closes at 9. An example of wasted resources staffing a ghost town store and not staffing a store that would have people still coming in at 1am. Hey Auto Zone, did you get into business to loose money or make money. Don't just build stores, get to know the area you're putting the stores in, and adjust your hours of operation accordingly. Told you all it was a bit off topic. Go to this Auto Zone, after 9 pm, it's a fully stocked ghost town with by my count had 5 fully qualified associates standing around just waiting to serve you.”
