“The reason I had Dr. Fu do my surgery for breast cancer was because he was concerned enough to contact me to see what my decision was in regards to my surgery. He listened to me, Gave me plenty of time to voice my concerns. Before the surgery, during the surgery and immediately post operatively, I couldn't have asked for better care. The same thing occurred when I required a second surgery. Although I am not sure that my incisions are in the best possible location for reconstruction, Dr. Fu indicated that it was the best possible to get my cancer. I would recommend him.”

“We bought a Fiat 500e over the internet from Southern California Preowned, and had it delivered to San Francisco. The experience, while not perfect, was plenty good - I recommend this business, and I'd certainly buy from them again. The first issue we encountered was that the price displayed online was not the actual price of the car - when we received an email quote, it was hundreds of dollars higher. We pointed this out, and got a break on the price - not all the way down to the online price, but still a good deal compared to all the other similar cars we found in northern or southern California. The second issue we had was not really Southern California Preowned fault - the delivery company they selected was a bit disorganized, and it took a lot of back and forth with them to confirm where and when the car was going to be delivered. Ultimately, it showed up in perfect shape, and the delivery drivers were super-friendly! Finally, when we inspected the car, we realized there were three issues that hadn't been disclosed earlier - the Tire Pressure Sensor error light was on, the car was missing an armrest, and there was only one key. Our local Fiat dealer fixed the Tire Pressure Sensor light at no charge, so cost us only our time to resolve. Apparently some used cars come with only one key - a second key for this car costs over $300, and having just one key is risky! The missing armrest was going to cost over $200 to replace, but it was in a spot in the car where we didn't actually miss it. We contacted Southern California Preowned to point out these issues - they quickly offered a payment in compensation, which resolved the matter to our satisfaction. Overall, I would have preferred to avoid these issues, but buying a used car online, sight unseen, seems almost guaranteed to have some sort of challenges - and Southern California Preowned were champs when it came to helping deal with these issues.”
