My MIL introduced me to this place after I complained about wanting to get my ring sized but not wanting to wait 2 weeks for Kay jewelers to resize it. The young lady in the front is so courteous, friendly and all around just great! The jeweler knows what he’s doing too and he’s SO QUICK! Both times I’ve come here, my rings have been ready in LESS than an hour! And the prices are hard to beat! You gotta check them out! I’m so glad my MIL turned me on to this place 😊

I had a signet ring engraved by a different place, and it came out absolutely terrible. Fast fix was able to remove the old engraving, and redo it exactly how I wanted it. They were incredibly helpful, quick, kind and able to work with my budget due to this being the second time I had it engraved. I am so grateful they were able to help. I will definitely be going there first for anything else that I need.

This is my go to place to get my batteries replaced for my watches. On top of that they have some nice jewelry. My wife bought earrings here and they have great prices. The associate did her best to give us the best price and we left really happy! There was only one associate and she gave us all her attention even though there were other people waiting. Excellent customer service!

Fast-Fix Jewelry in Brea did an amazing job helping me pick out a new pendant setting for my antique diamond. Anais was especially helpful in walking me through the specifics of different settings and just a joy to work with, and the craftsmanship was excellent!! I’ve had a couple of very sentimental pieces repaired here and I’ll never go anywhere else - even though it’s an hour’s drive - they’re definitely worth it!!
