Easy to deal with. They answered all my questions and also discussed the different tiers / choices for insurance.
went on a Friday afternoon. No lines. Just inputed my info on a tablet and waited for less than 5 minutes before being called in.
Was able to register and get coverage. since I'm moving back to CA
