I have to say it's been an amazing experience for me. They are patience and also push you. It's a great workout and stress relief. I recommend this place. It's a great investment for myself. I gotta say.

It all starts with the trainers. The motivation they give you is exceptional. They push you, they encourage you and they cheer you on. 9Round Brea always goes above and beyond for their clients.
The gym is always super clean. Workouts are challenging in a good way.

The environment is friendly and encouraging. I feel respected about working within my limitations. The trainer AJ takes the time to get to know me, ask how I'm doing, and highlights the progress he observes. The workouts go by so fast and I have fun doing it. I have already lost weight and toned up within a month. I am truly grateful for 9 round.

My husband and I found 9Round 2 months ago and it has been the best workout to squeeze into our busy week schedules. 30 minutes, no class times, motivating trainers, and a great challenge for both of us while also having fun. We love 9Round!
