I would tend to agree with some aspects of the previous reviewers. We had a less than desirable experience initially with questionable customer service. However, after returning to the store to exchange the wrong lightbulbs, we were taken care of by the manager Cayla. She was very professional and addressed each of our concerns and made everything 'right'. We will more than likely be returning for a replacement fan in the near future. In the end, we were satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend this store.

We had been plowing through online websites for months. I walked in and found the outdoor lamp style i was looking for in minutes. The return policy is just as good as the online companies, but I don't need to repackage and contact Amazon or UPS.for pickup.
I will not be returning the lamp.
