(June 29, 2020, 12:52 pm)They did our roof on our previous house. Everything went really well, and we loved our beautiful roof. When we eventually sold our house, the new buyer really was tough to deal with on several fronts. In regards to the roof, Brea Roofing came out and explained in detail to the new buyer information about the roof. Not only did they do a beautiful job on the roof when it was installed, they continued to back their work and came out almost 10 years later to help us during our sale. I’m calling them today to schedule work on our new home.
(February 24, 2020, 12:06 am)Victor was very honest and upfront about how busy he was when I called asking for a repair estimate but, as he promised, he came out when he could to observe my roof and I had a quote within a few days. His workers were professional and courteous and were impeccable at both clean up and communication on what the next steps were. I would highly recommend using them. It's rained significantly since the repairs and I have had ZERO issues.
(April 25, 2019, 6:40 pm)Brea Roofing installed an aluminum roof on our home over 15 years ago. It came with a lifetime warranty plus 35 years to the next owner. We have never had problems with the roof and it looks great. Later, Brea Roofing returned to extend the roof over a framed- in sunroom, and it blends perfectly with the original roof. Also, when we had a leak in our breakfast room wall, Brea Roofing returned and determined that the leak was caused not by a roof problem but by improper flashing where two walls met. They promptly removed the stucco, installed flashing, and replaced the stucco. They did a complete job, and we have had no more issues.
(January 9, 2017, 5:54 pm)they were great to deal with I was put in a position on a newly purchased home where we had improper repairs and concealed damages. After numerous other companies which would either no show or makes us sell our souls in order to complete the repairs I was put in touch with brea roofing through our RE agent. They were able to get us squeezed in and do the repairs so that there was no more damage from the leaking roof.
