  The food here is excellent and the staff is helpful and friendly. My wife and I love the appetizer menu as well as the lunch and dinner menus. The craft beer selection is always excellent and the scotch selection is 2nd to none in Orange County. I would rate this place 5 stars if they had a better cocktail menu.

  You step out of SoCal and into an Irish Public House when you enter Macallans. It is incredible how different it feels once you are just inside the door. The food is fantastic. Most Irish pubs I have been to have just okay food, but that is not the case here. The Reuben sandwich had thick pieces of corned beef that were delicious. My wife had fish and chips that were also very good. On a previous visit I had a Cuban sandwich (yes a Cuban sandwich) which was so good it brought me back. The outdoor seating is also very cozy, I went alone at lunchtime and sat on one of the outdoor couches and it felt like I was In another world. I highly recommend you experience this place.

  Went there for Saturday brunch. I ordered the fish and chips... It was amazing. The chips were equally amazing! The bread pudding... OMG. We will be coming back! Our server David was really awesome.

  Their beer selection was amazing! This Old Stump Hugh Heff was delightful! The salad was fresh and very green, and the fish bites were perfection. Would absolutely eat here again. Not 5 stars because the cost was a bit more than expected.

  Great little bar with great whiskey selection and knowledge. Great suggestions from the bar staff and very artisan bar food not just average nachos and chicken fingers. Bartenders are knowledgeable. Decor and ambiance is fun. Nicely lit patio with warmers good for people watching. love the bacon wrapped dates. Can be tough to get a seat and on busy nights service can be spotty but most experiences have been great.
