I had a problem with the humidifier. I emailed costumer service, got a response that same day. Got a call from them the following day, as I was having a problem uploading the picture of the humidifier. I explained to them the problem and by the following week my new Guru Nanda Tower XL 2 arrived. Excellent customer service, quick response and action.
As for the product itself, the most is ah-mazing!!! Can’t call them mist but “cold steam.”

Love this company and their products. If you have a question, ask it, they will get back you promptly. I love the smell of their essential oils. I have used several of their essential oils for diffusing, and have not been disappointed yet. My favorite blend is the tranquility blend, which is sold as set including harmony, calming sleep, immunity, breathe easy, and relaxation. I highly recommend this brand.

Great group of authentically nice people. Everyone cares and wants to help move the business forward in any way they can. Even working remotely I feel connected to the team.
