Ladies are welcoming and helpful! I’m not sure about men.

I was at cashier for my biz license. First time getting handled by man. He wasn’t happy and welcoming compared to ladies. That’s fine as long as he isn’t rude.

However, I corrected it was their mistake not to update my address because I filled out the entire forms for the update and started over the process from the bottom. He kept blame on me that I didn’t request for update 😒

Just admit the mistake (+ it wasn’t even him who made the mistake) and be professional rather than fight with your client.

My family and I went in for passport services today. Lisa was efficient, professional, and pleasant to work with. This city hall is very nice and organized. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again for services.

I called 10 passport facilities and all of them are shutdown for processing. Good thing I found this place. Excellent customer service and everything went very smooth.
