  love going here. the workers here are so kind and caring! Place is spotless and clean, would totally go again !

  They are exceptionally clean to the extent that this store continues to appear brand new on the inside. The shelves are always well stocked. Their deals are always updated promptly clearly visible. The employees are all outstanding and well trained. They all always know all the procedures in any of the services 7/11 provides as well as going above and beyond their job description WITH a genuine smile on their faces. The employees are also always kind as well as helpful and patient! Whomever does the hiring and training for this store should be the customer service/service industry standard and example Nationwide. If I had one complaint it would be the parking and that's not 7/11's fault it's the architects fault.

  I am writing this review to show my gratitude and appreciation to 7eleven on 8761 Knott Ave. in Buena Park, California. I had a problem and I voiced my opinion over an irate employee.
  
  After my confrontation I went in and spoke to a man named Sam and he assured me that it would never happen again. As we were speaking that employee arrived in the store. Sam questioned him and he confirmed the confrontation. Sam then explained to him that he is never to have an argument with the customers and specifically toward me because I am a regular for three tears now. The employee apologized and now the problem has turned into an achievement.
  
  I want to commend Sam for his professionalism and assured him that I will always be their customer. This type of customer service is rare these days.
